Why "Healing Hearts"?
I chose the name Healing Hearts because so many of us carry silent pain — wounds the world doesn’t see, but the heart feels deeply. Whether it's grief, trauma, anxiety, or spiritual distress, our hearts often break quietly. I wanted this space to be a place where those hearts could begin to heal — gently, safely, and with the remembrance of Allah.
The heart (qalb) is central in our faith. It is where our emotions live, where our connection to Allah begins, and where true healing must happen. In a world that often overlooks the emotional and spiritual needs of Muslim women, Healing Hearts is here to remind us that our pain is seen, our struggles are valid, and healing is possible — with compassion, support, and trust in Allah’s mercy.
“Truly, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.” (13:28)
Healing Hearts was created to be the safe, understanding space we all needed but didn’t always have.
With Allah’s mercy, we walk with you — one step at a time — offering hope, healing, and heartfelt connection.
You are not alone, and your well-being matters.
